Isabel Farrar
Senior Program Administrator
Isabel Farrar is the Senior Program Administrator at EC*REACH. In this role she oversees operations, grants, and budgets for the EC*REACH team. Her research interests and expertise include using data to strengthen Early/Head Start programs, survey and research methods, qualitative analysis, and research operations and infrastructure. Before joining EC*REACH, Isabel was a senior research manager at Start Early, a senior research specialist at the University of Illinois at Chicago Survey Research Laboratory, and started her career at Northwestern University as a research assistant. She holds a B.S. from Wheaton College in Math and a M.A. from Loyola University of Chicago in Applied Sociology. Isabel is thrilled to continue the work of advancing research that helps Chicago families thrive.
